Tapestry Booking is part of our growing set of nursery management tools designed to save you time and money.
Use it to organise the days and times children attend your setting, check how close you are to capacity at any point, and plan for staffing. The bookings you add to Tapestry will also be used to generate your registers and invoices.
As part of the configuration, you can set your opening hours and any closures, as well as create custom rooms for children to be booked into. Each of which can have its own staff ratio and maximum child capacity figures.
Tailor session times to your requirements, and use these when booking your children in, or amend them for specific children as and when you need to.
Set a ‘regular schedule’ for each child, with the days and times they usually attend, as well as any extra ad hoc bookings and any planned absences.
The daily and weekly booking screens allow you to keep an eye on room occupancy, see when and where you have space for additional children, and find out how many staff will be needed for each room at a specific point in the day.
Easily generate printable daily and weekly registers or keep things seamless and paper free by using the Online Register (for more information check out the Tapestry Registers Feature page).
Your Booking data feeds into the Invoices section, meaning that when you’re ready to send out a bill, you simply need to choose the child and time period you would like to cover, and Tapestry does the rest. You can read more about Invoices here.
