Whether a child is moving entirely or just to a different part of the same school or setting, transitions can be disruptive. You can help smoothen the transition with Tapestry’s flexible and secure transfer children feature.
If a child moves to a new setting, you can transfer a copy of a child’s (or children’s) profiles and all their existing data to any other Tapestry account. This means their future teachers can see all the observations, photos, videos and assessments lovingly curated throughout the years prior – this facilitates and supports the new school or setting in knowing about the child, their previous learning experiences and what they have enjoyed up to that point.
